TL Sanitation will again be donating the use of their trash cans.
Bingo – June 21 Still need $25 Gift Cards for the rounds
Fundraising – Janice Stroud
Flea Market is running into date problems. We could do it the first weekend in October but that conflicts with the Mulvane city-wide. Perhaps we could coordinate it with the Farmer’s Market on October 18th.
December Craft Show will be December 6, Saturday only
Farmer’s Market
Janice will be helping Brecken with the Farmer’s Market. There are a variety of vendors signed up for the April market.
As the summer goes on there should be more produce.
Bingo - Jess Carter
We will be having Bingo on June 21. We will be getting out posts and fliers, soon. We will have fliers at the car show. $15 for 10 rounds of Bingo with $25 gift cards. It will be online and those registering there will get a second blackout card. We do not yet have a grand prize for the blackout round.
Last time we did hot dogs, chips, and drinks and we will do that again. We will also have freeze dried snacks for sale.
Thank you for the donations of gift cards.
David - Do you want to make smaller fliers to put in the goody bags. We can also 2 free bingo registrations for raffle items at the car show.
Old Business
1. PID - Lucretia attended. They have a new mechanic, but he is not who came out here. Told them we are still having problems. They claim it was full of wipes, etc. Bryan - that was only one time. They are talking about changing something so that we can clean it out ourselves.
Bryan - The guy who called me said when he pulled the pump, it was clean. They can’t find anything wrong.
Lucretia - We can't do anything about people being disrespectful. Our next step might be getting rid of paper towels and providing air dryers.
2. We now have three new swings and a baby bucket swing to put up before the car show. We’ll try to get those put up as soon as it dries up.
3. Landscaping - All the plants are planted, but she still has $400 in her budget, so she is thinking about getting river rock to make a dry bed to direct water from the downspout. They do not have hanging plants. Jess - It looked really great when I pulled up.
Aleta - It took a few evenings to get everything planted.
New Business
1. We are hoping after the car show and all the rentals, we will have the money to put down the new floor this summer. Then the only thing left will be base boards.
2. Sam - I will provide the concrete, but we need people to help spread sand, pour the concrete, and put a floor under the gazebo before the car show. Sean asked how large the area is? Sam - It is about 10 x 14. It will take 3.5 yards.
