Rooms and Fee Schedule

Two rooms are available for rent at the Peck Community Center.

In addition to the rental fee, a $100 deposit is required, but will be returned after an inspection for cleanliness and damage is assessed.

The large room was formerly the school's gymnasium.  It is 30' x 50'. It has been outfitted with a kitchen area which includes a stove, refrigerator and cabinets. Several large tables and chairs in the room can be used for reunions, showers, and other get togethers. The room has been updated with a lower ceiling, heat and air provided by mini-splits, and new paint on the walls and cabinets. In the near future, we will be renovating the floor.

The rent for this banquet room is $150/day for Peck Residents and $200/day for Non-residents.

The small room was formerly a classroom. It is 28' x 30'. It contains several tables and chairs. It has both heat and air conditioning. The room has been updated with new paint on the walls and floor and the addition of a refrigerator. We are working to earn money to replace the ceiling tiles and change the fluorescent bulbs to LED lights.

The rent for the classroom is $75/day for Peck residents and $100/day for Non-residents.
