Rooms and Fee Schedule

Two rooms are available for rent at the Peck Community Center. The rental hours are between 8:00AM and 10:00PM as set at the February 2026 meeting. Along with the hours, a Peck Community Resident was defined as anyone residing in Peck, Mulvane, Belle Plaine, Haysville or Clearwater as those are the town surrounding Peck and the school districts our members are placed into.

The current rental fees are as follows:

Banquet Room

The large banquet room was formerly the school's gymnasium.  It is 30' x 50'. It has been outfitted with a kitchen area which includes a stove, refrigerator and cabinets. Several large tables and chairs in the room can be used for reunions, wedding or baby showers, birthday parties and other get togethers. The room has been updated with a lower ceiling, heat and air provided by mini-splits, new paint on the walls and cabinets, new flooring and lighter tables.

Smaller Classroom

The small room was formerly a classroom. It is 28' x 30'. It contains several tables and chairs. It has both heat and air conditioning. The room has been updated with new paint on the walls and chalkboard, new flooring and the addition of a refrigerator.

Front Lobby

The front lobby has access to both the Banquet room and the Classroom as well as where the bathrooms are located.
