COMMUNICATIONS
Text message from Janice Stroud - The Farmer’s Market hours will be changed to 8:00 am to noon. The first market was sparsely attended by vendors due to the weather.
COMMITTEE REPORTS:

April 3 - both rooms - Nickelson - Banquet
March 8 - Rule - Classroom
March 18 - London Township Meeting
CAR Show Committee-
A printing company in Haysville has agreed to do all our printing, trophies, fliers, etc. They asked what we had for other sponsors. Tailored Remodeling will also be a sponsor with a cash contribution for the show. In exchange, they want to set up a 10 x 20 display on the basketball court. Don’t know an exact dollar amount, but it will be substantial. We have the goody bags. We still need donations to put in the goody bags and raffle items.
We have 2 indoor vendors, the hot wheels wind chimes and Kenny Ault who carves small vehicles.
The Bells will do the food. Janice will contact TL Sanitation about trash cans.
Bingo – June 21 Still need $25 Gift Cards for the rounds
Fundraising – Janice Stroud
Flea Market is running into date problems. We could do it the first weekend in October but that conflicts with the Mulvane city-wide. Perhaps we could coordinate it with the Farmer’s Market on October 18th.
December Craft Show will be December 6, Saturday only
Farmer’s Market
Janice will be helping Brecken with the Farmer’s Market. There are a variety of vendors signed up for the April market.
As the summer goes on there should be more produce.
Old Business
1. Bryan will try to find the leak in the classroom this month when the weather is nice.
2. The township road was a bit messed up, so Bryan went in and fixed it. We will get it all cleaned up before the car show.
Sam – What is the chance of getting new swings and concrete under the shelter before the car show?
Bryan – We can check and see.
3. Aleta – Landscaping. Site One landscaping has someone who needs certification. She will develop a plan and has a $1000 budget from her company to use around our building.
New Business
1. Janice – Can we put the Farmer’s Market out on the sign? Bryan – Yes, after the vote.
2. PID Meeting is tomorrow at 7:00 Church of Christ.
