Bryan opened the meeting at 7:01 p.m.

The August 2025 minutes were read. Motion to approve by Sam Bell. Seconded by Linda Wilbur. Passed.

New Business
January is Board Elections. We’ll see who will run again. Sam Bell said we need to advertise elections on the website to try and recruit younger people.
Bryan talked to PID about the sewer pump. They are sending someone to look at it. They believe it is electrical.
Lucretia spoke to the attorney. He said the board paperwork needs to be fixed. It shows Lucretia as the only board member.

Next board meeting will be October 27 at 7:00 p.m.
Jonathan Headrick moved to close the meeting. Kim Headrick seconded. Passed.
